Youth Weightlifting (Ages 12-14)

Our Youth Weightlifting program is designed to help pre-teens and early teens build strength, confidence, and proper movement mechanics in a safe, supportive environment. Whether your child is an athlete looking to gain an edge or simply curious about lifting, this class will teach them the fundamentals the right way.

In Each Session, We Focus On:

  • Squats, deadlifts, and presses

  • Barbell technique and strength development

  • Movement quality, safety, and progressive training

This is the perfect opportunity to lay a strong foundation before stepping into a full gym or high school weight room. Our expert coaches prioritize form and function while keeping it fun and challenging.
