Personal Training Demo

Before you dive into Personal Training, why not try out a session for free?

In this session, you’ll meet with a coach 1-1 to discuss goals and training strategies and get hands-on guidance through a personalized workout tailored to your needs. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your routine, this free demo is a great way to experience expert coaching firsthand. You’ll walk away with actionable insights and a clear path forward—no pressure, just progress.

Small Group PT Demo

In this session, you’ll join a small group of 3–5 individuals and work with a coach to discuss goals, explore training strategies, and experience a personalized workout together.

It’s a chance to see how small group personal training combines expert coaching with the energy of a team setting. Whether you're just getting started or looking for a new challenge, this free demo gives you a clear next step—supportive, focused, and built around your goals.

*SGPT Demos are subject to the current schedule. SGPT sessions are booked on a recurring weekly schedule, so please provide the best days and times for your schedule and we will match you up with the correct group!

Intro to the Gym Floor

Join us in the general fitness area for an introductory session led by a Spark Personal Trainer to the entire general fitness floor. This is an informative session and you will not be working out, but learning how to use the machines properly.
How to turn on cardio machines, how to adjust seats on the selectorized machines, how to use the plate loaded machines, gym etiquette, etc.

Sessions will take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, and can be booked on ClubCloud!

*This is a class that is FREE to our membership and will be the same each time. We advise not taking a spot in class if you have already gone through the session previously as rosters spots are very limited. We are looking forward to showing you around Spark!
