I’ve taken my FREE class, what’s the next step?
After you complete your FREE class, you can choose one of the two tracks for our CrossFit beginners program. If you are just starting your CrossFit journey, this fundamentals program is mandatory.
Option 1
Purchase either our CF12 or CFU Membership online or in person!
Once you purchase your CF membership, you will 3 (FREE) private (hour-long) sessions with one of our coaches, to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit! While you complete your CF Beginners sessions, you do have access to any Spark Fitness class on the schedule, along with our general fitness area. Once you have your 3 classes completed, you will be good to get into CF & kick some ass in class!
Option 2
Take advantage of our Fast Track $135
This is your option if you are not 100% sure if CrossFit is your cup of tea yet. Learn the basics before you dive in with a membership with our our fast track. This is the purchase of 3 private (hour-long) sessions with one of our coaches on your time. We will go over everything all CF basic fundamentals and incorporate some a daily WOD, but on a time frame that works best for you.
If you love it, you then choose the right CF Membership for you or are welcome to explore other membership options!
Option 3
Join us for Day 1 of CrossFit for Beginners for FREE!
Monthly we offer a Sunday CrossFit for Beginners Classes to allow members to learn more about WHAT makes CrossFit so special.
In this 90 minute class, athletes learn differnt squat & press variations and participate in a fun workout at the end as group. This is perfect for anyone to try out as a first step opportunities!
