


What is our CrossFit for beginners class?
CrossFit for beginners is a runway course of three classes that is mandatory for all new ACF members, where we go over the basics and fundamental movements of CrossFit. We break down each movement you will see in class and the variations of them. We go over different styles of workouts, pieces of equipment, and more to help prepare you for your first class!

Every Month on a Sunday, you can take a class for FREE!

I’ve taken my FREE class, what’s the next step?
After you complete your FREE class, you can choose one of the two tracks for our CrossFit beginners program. If you are just starting your CrossFit journey, this fundamentals program is mandatory.
Track 01
Sign up for our CF12 or CFU Membership
Attend our additional 2 Beginners Sessions at a convenient time for you, with one of our coaches!
Then kick some ass in class!
*If you aren’t ready to sign up yet but would still like to take advantage of all 3 Beginners Sessions without a membership, it is $25/class. Signing up for a membership before the two additional Beginners classes will waive the $25/class fee.
Track 02
Take advantage of our Fast Track
$135
Our fast track is three 1 on 1 sessions you can schedule at any time that works for you. If you are ready to get started now or cannot make it to the scheduled Fundamentals Track, this option is for you! In these 3 sessions, you get a private hour-long session with one of our Coaches. We will go over everything in our Fundamentals Track, but on a time frame that works best for you.
