Meet Our Coaches

Kelli is our Director of Fitness and Head CrossFit Coach.
“I love being part of something bigger than myself, which is why I chose to make an impact through fitness. Through coaching and motivating, I have seen athletes find their deepest hidden strengths and push beyond limits simply by believing in them. Fitness brings confidence which in turn will impact every facet of an athlete’s life for the better. Let’s get better together.”

As an athlete, I have personally learned that fitness can change your life. My goal as a trainer is to influence my clients to create their personal fitness journey and celebrate the achievements we do together. Watching a client get that first pull-up, drop those first pounds, pick up a heavy barbell, or increase their mobility to get a barbell over their head for the first time is my definition of success. It fulfills me to watch clients conquer what they thought once thought impossible, and that’s why I love this job. Coaching brings me fulfillment, it brings me joy, it makes me happy.

I love to have fun and to laugh, and I do my best to bring that energy to my coaching. I wholeheartedly believe effort and attitude are always a choice, and so every day is a good day to choose to have a great day.

My goal is to empower people to feel stronger and more confident both in and out of the gym. I believe in working towards and reaching goals in a safe and fun way to ultimately live a happier, healthier life. Fitness is for everyone and can provide the tools to become the best version of yourself.

I’m passionate about helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident through CrossFit. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and when I’m not coaching or training, you can usually find me on the tennis court. I love challenging myself and inspiring others to push past their limits while still having fun along the way.

This has been another amazing experience for me to meet new people who love to celebrate the movement.
Crossfit has been and always will be a part of my life no matter where I am and I am thrilled that it has brought me to Andover CrossFit!

Zach is our player coach.
“I have been nicknamed ‘Dad’ b/c I like to think my teammates consider me the father of fitness. On the gym floor, I live for those little moments where an athlete has a breakthrough no matter how small. Even when I am off doing my cooldown workouts, I am never afraid to offer a suggestion or tip; actively employing the ‘Always Be Coaching’ ethos.”

What I love most about coaching CrossFit is watching athletes bond over shared challenges and accomplishments each day as well as watching an athlete build their confidence throughout their time doing CrossFit. The community brings people together all while learning valuable lessons that help us all both in and out of the gym. As a coach, to have the opportunity to foster that community and create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through the door is something I cherish.
