What Is Speed Performance Lab?

Speed Performance Lab is an 8-week preseason training program focused on developing:

  • Acceleration

  • Max velocity

  • Sprint mechanics

  • Power and explosiveness

  • Injury resilience

Athletes will build a strong physical foundation that directly translates to better performance in their sport. Every athlete undergoes a Sprint Mechanics Assessment Score (S-MAS) to identify inefficiencies and injury risk. Video analysis by multiple coaches and students of physical therapy allows us to give personalized feedback and corrective strategies, and targeted improvements to reduce injury and increase speed.

We will also use sprint gate technology to measure real performance metrics, giving athletes objective timing data for acceleration and top speed. With this, we can track progress week to week and help athletes build confidence through clear, proven results.

Each athlete receives customized sprint training sessions, including adjustments based on performance data and coaching tailored to their specific needs and goals.
