In this session, you’ll meet with a coach 1-1 to discuss goals and training strategies and get hands-on guidance through a personalized workout tailored to your needs. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your routine, this free demo is a great way to experience expert coaching firsthand. You’ll walk away with actionable insights and a clear path forward—no pressure, just progress.

Small Group PT Demo

In this session, you’ll join a small group of 3–5 individuals and work with a coach to discuss goals, explore training strategies, and experience a personalized workout together. It’s a chance to see how small group personal training combines expert coaching with the energy of a team setting. Whether you're just getting started or looking for a new challenge, this free demo gives you a clear next step—supportive, focused, and built around your goals.

*SGPT Demos are subject to the current schedule. SGPT sessions are booked on a recurring weekly schedule, so please provide the best days and times for your schedule and we will match you up with the correct group!

Intro to the Gym Floor

Join us in the general fitness area for an introductory session led by a Spark Personal Trainer to the entire general fitness floor. This is an informative session and you will not be working out, but learning how to use the machines properly (ex., how to turn on cardio machines, how to adjust seats on the selectorized machines, how to use the plate loaded machines, gym etiquette, etc.)

Sessions will take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, and can be booked on ClubCloud!

*This is a class that is FREE to our membership and will be the same each time. We advise not taking a spot in class if you have already gone through the session previously as rosters spots are very limited. We are looking forward to showing you around Spark!

Spark Starts

The Spark Start is a free 30-minute session for all Spark members designed to help you set clear goals and build a plan to reach them. You'll get a Kinotek functional movement screening and an InBody body composition scan to establish your starting point and guide your training.

It's the perfect first step to make your time at Spark as effective and personalized as possible.

*This is a one-time session that is FREE to our membership. This session is offered to non-members at a rate of $49

Personal training at Spark is successful because of our attention to detail and our high standards for professionalism. Each new member of Spark is given a Spark Start, a complimentary consultation that includes a conversation about goals, an InBody scan if desired, and a referral to a Personal Trainer for a free PT Demo. During the PT Demo, a game plan is developed and the bond between the trainer and client strengthens and as a team you work towards living a life of optimal health and happiness.

We also offer popular Small Group Personal Training, which combines the power of personal training with the accountability and motivation of a group-based atmosphere… all at significant savings as compared to our personal training.

Whatever it is, we are here to support you with our energetic and qualified staff. We will help you through goal setting and injury rehabilitation, making sure you reach your fitness goals. All of our trainers are nationally certified and are a leading example in the fitness industry.

Brett Richardson

  • My goal as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is to help people move better and feel stronger so that they can live healthy lifestyles. I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients/athletes reach their goals and increase their confidence to take on their daily activities. I believe training in movement patterns that we use on a day-to-day basis, or "functional fitness" can be really fun and challenging when progressed properly.
