What is HYROX?

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.

Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

Class Offerings

  • This is our NEW Strength & Stride class! Endurance-focused programming designed to build aerobic capacity, stamina, and sustained output. Typically includes longer intervals, running, SkiErg/RowErg work, and conditioning pieces with some basic strength mixed in. T/TH 7:30am & 11:30am

  • A HIIT class that focuses on movement quality, pacing, technique, and endurance fundamentals. Great for beginners or newer athletes looking to increase their cardio endurance or learning the HYROX movements and format. TH 8:30am & 6:30pm

  • A full-body, coach-led class combining strength, conditioning, running, and functional fitness. This class is inspired by HYROX-style training and may include sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, carries, rowing, skiing, and running intervals — all scalable to your fitness level. You do not need to be training for a HYROX race to take this class. HYROX Complete is a great fit for anyone looking to build strength, endurance, stamina, and confidence in a fun, high-energy workout. Sat 8AM

  • A high-energy circuit training class featuring 8 workout zones that combine strength, cardio, endurance, and HYROX-inspired conditioning into one full-body workout. With constantly changing intervals and formats, each class is designed to keep workouts fun, challenging, and effective for all fitness levels. Simple to follow, highly effective. Sun 8:30am

SUNDAY HYROX RUN CLUB

Free for anyone to join! This is a 60–75 minute compromised running workout -meaning it combines running with simple functional movements like lunges, burpees, and carries. It’s scalable for all fitness levels and designed to help you build confidence, improve endurance, and learn how to move and pace yourself under fatigue. Sun 8AM Shawsheen Track
