We’re excited to partner with the Andover Hockey Association!
We will be bringing Strength & Conditioning coaching to athletes who want to improve their performance, decrease their risk of injury, and get better on and off the ice!
Spark Fitness Youth Coaches will run hockey specific sports performance sessions for athletes in two groups: 10-12 year olds, and 12 years old and up. Sessions will be held at our Andover location. Movements such as sprints, jumps, agility, etc. will be tested at the beginning and end of each 6-week training block, and coaches will include programming templates so athletes can track progress. Athletes will have the opportunity to compete with each other using drills and games to keep motivated and make training FUN! From agility and power training, to strength training, to conditioning, this program will cover all the bases for any hockey athlete looking to step their game up.
