

Athlete Performance (Ages 14-17)
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Our program is deliberately designed to build each athlete from the ground up — with proper progressions, intentional coaching, and long-term development in mind. We keep rosters small by design so every athlete gets hands-on coaching and individual attention. Whether your child is training for fall/winter/spring sports or looking to dominate next season, this is their opportunity to train with intention and purpose and develop lifelong health habits.

This is a one-of-a-kind performance program that boasts the creation of a strong foundation that your athletes can build upon into their future successes.
This is not a program that crams as many kids into a session as possible to just go through the motions. We want what you want…positive change inside and out.
Class Philosophy

We are looking to work with athletes that want to be the best version of themselves and are ready to show up and get better each day. 1x/week 1 Payment of $384 (Only allowed in special circumstances: $32/class)
2x/week: 2 Payments of $336 ($28/class)
3x/week: 2 Payments of $455 ($26/class)
How do I know if this is a fit for my athlete?
If your child is playing competitive clubs sports, varsity level athletics, or striving to get there, this program is for them! They need to be proficient in movement and have had prior strength and conditioning coaching as a baseline. If we have not coached them before, we reserve the right to move them to our teens strength and conditioning program if we feel they are not yet ready for this level of training.
Athlete Performance is for athletes 13+ years old who are ready to commit to a 12-week strength and conditioning program that builds throughout the seasons. This program is 75 minutes long and is essential for athletes who are looking to make an impact next season. We are not looking for the best athletes - rather we are looking for athletes that want to better themselves and work for more. We have had huge success within the last 6 years and built relationships with athletes that go beyond just AP and transfer to watching them thrive on our general fitness side of things all throughout their college experience and beyond. We can’t wait to work with your athlete!
Competitive Preparation
The athlete game changer. For those looking to break through their next barrier, this program goes beyond physical training to build both body and mindset. Sessions are designed to mirror the level of effort and discipline required in highly competitive environments.
AP is led by coaches who have either competed at a high level of college sports or coached within that environment. With this experience, our staff deeply understands what it takes to perform and thrive under pressure.
Athletes will also learn how to use the mind as a powerful tool for success. Through coaching on visualization and positive self-talk integrated into training, athletes will develop the mental resilience and confidence needed to elevate their performance. These mental skills will be a key focus in our AP program and will be introduced in our Junior AP program.
Movement, attitude, and effort all matter. This program equips any athlete who commits to it with the mindset, preparation, and skills to succeed—no matter what level of competition lies ahead.
