General Fitness perimeter includes all equipment form the line of selectorize machines over to the edge of the buiding. If there is no class or personal training on the turf area, we welcome general fitness members to utilize it but with the understand that PT and class take priority. 

Please note, the general fitness area does not include the CrossFit rig or any use of equipment in that area. If you have any questions please contact Director of Fitness kelli@sparkft.com 

Cardio + Core Room

We are happy to offer a cardio + core room on our upper level that is a safe haven for those crowded mornings or afternoons.
Studio 2 is the home of our low impact cardio equipment (elliptical, arc trainer, recumbent bikes, spin bikes) and mats and ample space to do your favorite core finishers.

Weight-room Etiquette

We are a community that welcomes all fitness levels, we understand that the weight-room might be new to some members which is why we pride ourselves on helping everyone understand proper Spark Etiquette.
