Junior Athlete Performance (Ages 12-15)
We’re excited to announce the blending of our Junior Athlete Performance (Junior AP) and Youth Weightlifting programs into one comprehensive training experience: Junior Athlete Performance and Weightlifting.
This class combines the best of both worlds—athletic development and foundational strength training—while keeping safety, fun, and confidence-building at the core.
Program Overview
For developing athletes: Builds on the basics established in our Intro to Strength and Conditioning classes, making it the perfect next step for youth with prior training experience.
For young lifters: Provides a structured introduction to weightlifting with a focus on proper form, technique, and movement mechanics in a safe, supportive environment.
For all participants: Enhances strength, speed, and overall athleticism, while laying the groundwork for future sports performance and gym readiness.
Weekly Training Focus
Tuesdays & Fridays – Weightlifting Focus
On these days, athletes will work with barbells under the guidance of our expert coaches. Training will emphasize proper barbell technique and strength development through the key lifts:Squats

Presses
Wednesdays – Functional Fitness Focus
Sessions will target overall athletic development through functional movement, agility, and conditioning.
